Ladder Strategy: It is a common knowledge that Equity, Bonds and Gold have a weak co-relation and do not normally tend to rise and fall at the same, at all times. The factors that influence the behaviour of asset classes typically include (i) Inflation (rising and falling inflation scenarios) , (ii) Economic growth cycles (expanding and contracting economic growth scenarios) etc. Accordingly, we follow a Ladder Strategy, wherein, the component ETFs of the smallcase, namely, Equity, Gold and Liquid Bond ETFs are balanced dynamically and in an opportunistic fashion , with view to capitalise on the entry and exit opportunities provided by the market from time to time. Fundamental &amp; Technical Analysis: Both these analyses would be carried out for assessing their attractiveness to the Smallcase Basket. Market Entry: This forms a crucial part of our Analysis and factors such as the depth of correction etc., play a role in assessing its attractiveness for its addition to the Smallcase Portfolio, in an opportunistic fashion. Accordingly, rebalancing needs are assessed and addressed in a dynamic fashion and on a need basis.
